How to upload Governing Law and Jurisdiction Agreement and Rebbe’s Recommendation Form into your portal

1. Download the form fill it out.
2. Scan for you computer or take a picture if using your phone.
3. Log into your account at https://campagudahto.campbrainregistration.com/
4. Select View registration details under “Summer 2023”
5. On the bottom of the page you will see the upload button for the “Governing Law and Jurisdictions Agreement”
6. Follow steps to upload
